Baby cards! I haven't made a baby card in a very long time! But with this stamp set from Stampin' Up! (Elephant Parade), making baby cards is too fun! Plus, I made it into the cutest fun fold!
The colorful DSP is from Stampin' Up! Design A Daydream. Too pretty to not use it on the envelope flap as well... and a strip inside the card! I used Pool Party cardstock as my card base.
Pool Party Sheer Ribbon was wrapped around the smaller portion of the card and tied in a bow.
The sentiment was stamped with Memento ink and die cut using a die from All That Dies.
The stitched heart was from Celebrations Tag Dies using Petal Pink cardstock. The embellishments are Solid Faceted Gems.
This is the card opened up. A strip of DSP was added along the bottom with another stitched heart added on the inside of the card.
The cute little elephant was colored with Gray Granite Stampin' Blends markers with Petal Pink for inside his ears. Pool Party Stampin' Blends were used for the leaves. The leaves were adhered directly onto the card with Liquid Adhesive and the elephant adhered with dimensionals.
Card Measurements:
Card Base: 4 1/2 x 11, score 5 1/2
After scoring cut 3" from the front (this piece becomes the front layer)
DSP: 4 x 2 1/4
DSP: 2 3/4 x 4
Inside Card: 5 1/4 x 4
