A Halloween Card seemed fitting for this challenge. I used the Stampin' Up! Best Witches stamps along with Gingham Cottage & Celebrate Everything DSP.
From the list, I used Stars (on the DSP), Splatters and Sparkle (glitter Washi).

I started with my card base in Pumpkin Pie cardstock with a layer of Basic Black cardstock. Then layered two different DSP, the yellow & white DSP is from Stampin' Up! Gingham Cottage and the stars DSP is from Celebrate Everything.

Gingham Cottage DSP was added on the envelope flap.
Stampin' Up! Glitter Washi was added as stripes along the lower portion of the card. Lots of sparkle on this fun washi!
The sentiment was stamped with Memento ink and die cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies.
The cute little witch was stamped on Basic White cardstock with Memento ink and colored using Daffodil Delight, Blackberry Bliss, Pumpkin Pie, SU600 & Basic Black Stampin' Blends markers. She was adhered with dimensionals onto the Vellum circle which was also die cut using Stylish Shapes Dies.
Using Water Painters and Memento ink, the splatters are on the upper portion of the card. The embellishments are Matte Black Dots.

Inside my card is DSP along with Basic White cardstock. The stars were stamped with Daffodil Delight ink.

Adorable, Polly! The star paper pairs so well with the large gingham. The sweet little witch is colored so perfectly. I love how you adhered her to the vellum circle. The washi adds just the right amount of bling. Thank you for playing at Festive Friday this week!
