Online Stamping Retreat
Another online retreat that I attended, which was held on October 28, 2023.
The OSR consists of Lisa Curcio, Gina Hawley and Kylie & Bruno Bertucci.
What a fun team!! And fabulous fun folds!!
The challenge by Lisa Curcio was to create a Double Decker Card.
For my "Christmas Card" I used the Stampin' Up! Brightest Glow Stamp Set, Stylish Shapes Dies and Traditions of St. Nick DSP.
For my card base, I used Cherry Cobbler cardstock.
For the technique used on the front panel, I inked the Christmas Tidings Embossing Folder with Cherry Cobbler ink, placed the Basic White cardstock on top, closed the folder and embossed it.
To clean the embossing folder, simply run it under water and wipe clean.
Wink of Stella was "flicked" onto the background as well, for a little extra sparkle.
The Santa was fussy cut from the Traditions of St. Nick DSP and adhered with dimensionals.
I used the Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins (gold) for the finishing touches on my card.
The sentiment was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink and die cut with Stylish Shapes Dies.
Gold Satin Edged Ribbon was looped and adhered behind the sentiment and adhered with dimensionals.
DSP was also added on the envelope flap.
The inside panel has the sentiment which was stamped using Cherry Cobbler ink as well. I fussy cut two of the trees from the DSP and adhered on the left of the sentiment.
