Petal Park Pocket Card

The Fall 2023 Creativate Retreat was AMAZING, as always!!

The Creativate Team consists of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators Sharon Armstrong, Jackie Bolhuis, Connie Stewart & Brandy Cox.

This is the first year that I completed all the Pre-Retreat Challenges AND all 8 Challenges as well! And it was so fun to be able to accomplish all the challenges! So, you will be seeing all my projects in the next week or so. I can't wait to share all the fun... and in no particular order.

This project is a Pocket Card which was demonstrated by Creativate Member, Jackie Bolhuis.

For my pocket card, I used the Stampin' Up! Petal park & Inked & Tiled Stamp Sets, Stylish Shapes Dies and Glorious Gingham DSP.

For my card base, I used Blueberry Bushel cardstock with layers of Basic White cardstock and Glorious Gingham DSP.

The sentiment is from the Inked & Tiled Stamp Set, stamped using Blueberry Bushel ink and die cut with Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered with dimensionals.

A tiny Linen Thread bow was added in the upper corner of the sentiment.

The flowers were stamped using Blueberry Bushel ink for the outline stamp and the filler stamp was Boho Blue ink. I fussy cut the flowers (because I forgot there was a punch for them) and arranged them around the sentiment. Wink of Stella was brushed on each of the flowers.

For the mini card, I stamped the flowers using the same inks as mentioned above and the leaves were stamped using Pretty Peacock ink for the outline stamp and for the filler stamp, I used Lost Lagoon ink.

Wink of Stella was also brushed on each of these flowers as well.

Using a blending brush and Boho Blue ink, I added some color around the edges to soften up the card.

The embellishments chosen are Tinsel Gems 4 Pack.

Inside my card is another layer of Basic White cardstock with the tiny trio of flowers stamped using Boho Blue ink.
