Birthday Money Card

Maker's Mojo Creative Escape

This fun retreat was held October 20 & 20, 2023. It's a perfect way to get inspiration and see everyone's awesome projects.

For my "Birthday" card, I used the Stampin' Up! Charming Sentiments Stamp Set, Sentiment Silhouettes & Nested Essentials Dies along with Delightful Floral DSP.

I absolutely love the Delightful Floral DSP! I want to use it on so many projects... but there are other awesome DSP to use as well! The choices!!

I used Bubble Bath cardstock for my card base.

The sentiment was stamped with Berry Burst ink and die cut using Sentiment Silhouettes Dies.

This beautiful flower cluster was fussy cut from the DSP and adhered onto the card front with dimenisonals.

The ribbon behind the flower is Bubble Bath ribbon (from the Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack).

A Window Sheet was adhered behind the cardstock/DSP.

Love how you can see the money from the front of the card.

The embellishments are Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio (Pretty Peacock).

Of course, I had to add DSP on the envelope flap as well!

The inside of the card is DSP layered with Basic White cardstock. I die cut DSP and cardstock using Nested Essentials Dies. The DSP shape was cut in half and adhered on each side of the cardstock shape.

The sentiment is from Charming Sentiments Stamp Set, stamped with Berry Burst ink.

Partial flowers from the DSP were fussy cut and adhered onto the Basic White cardstock and another flower from the DSP was adhered above the sentiment.

On the left is where the money can be tucked in. Yes, I know... big spender with my $1 bill peeking from the top! Haha
