Hello Friend Floral Card

I created this card for the...

Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge #423.

I was inspired by all the pretty flowers.

For my "Hello Friend" card, I used the Stampin' Up! Fruitful Blessings Bundle and Tartan Foil Specialty Paper.

I decided on Pretty Peacock cardstock for my card base.  It's such a rich, beautiful color!

The next layers are from the Tartan Foil Specialty Paper, adhered to the card base with dimensionals.

The sentiment was stamped using Pretty Peacock ink.  I also stamped the leaf image on each side of the sentiment with Lost Lagoon ink.

Linen Thread was looped twice and adhered behind the sentiment and added to the card with dimensionals.

These beautiful flowers were stamped twice with Memento ink and colored using Stampin' Blends Markers.  The colors used are Old Olive, Lost Lagoon, Lemon Lime Twist, Wild Wheat, Pumpkin Pie, Pretty Peacock and Pool Party.

The flowers were die cut and overlapped partially and adhered together.

Two of the leaves were die cut using Pretty Peacock cardstock and tucked behind the flowers, which were adhered with dimensionals.

Wink of Stella was brushed on each of the flower centers.

Blooming Pearls embellishments were the finishing touches on my card.

DSP was added on the envelope flap as well.  This is such beautiful paper for an envelope flap.

Inside my card is Basic White cardstock with a 3/4" strip of DSP along the right and the leaves were stamped once and again for a lighter image using Lost Lagoon ink.
