Hello and welcome to my blog!
I hope my projects inspire you to create your own unique card!
My project for today was created for The Paper Players. This week is a Theme Challenge. It's all about "Green Thumb" - plants, flowers, foliage, gardening, etc.
Sound fun? Hop on over to The Paper Players and play along!
Here's my card featuring Nature's Prints Stamps & Dies along with the beautiful Sun Prints Designer Series Paper.
I began with Gray Granite cardstock base measuring 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2.
The DSP layer measures 5 1/4 x 4 and another DSP layer at 5 x 3 3/4.
Using the Designer Tags Dies I die cut a tag and embossed it with the Stitched Greenery Die.
Gray Granite ribbon was threaded through the holes in the tag then folded in on itself to create a loop and adhered to the card.
The fern image was stamped on the envelope flap and on the front lower corner.
Here you can see how I looped the ribbon. The sentiment was stamped using Night of Navy ink and the circle from a circle die, adhered with dimensionals.
The greenery was stamped using Soft Sea Foam, Night of Navy and Gray Granite inks, then die cut.
The larger image was adhered with dimensionals. I finished off my card by adding Brushed Brass Butterflies.
Inside the card is DSP measuring 5 1/4 x 4 then layered with Basic White cardstock at 5 x 3 3/4.
The image was stamped using Soft Sea Foam.
