Heavenly Hollyhocks Thinking of You Card

Don't you think that red and white is so striking together?

The card I created today features the Heavenly Hollyhocks Stamps & Dies, along with the Scalloped Contours Dies.

Looks like a complicated card, but it was really easy to come together.
I began with the card base in Real Red cardstock.  Then, using the Scalloped Contours Dies created this awesome mat on top of the red, which was adhered with dimensionals.  Next, I die cut the Hollyhocks Dies, one later in Basic White and the other later in Real Red.

For the envelope, the image was stamped with Versamark on Real Red cardstock and embossed using the White Embossing Powder.  It was die cut and adhered to the envelope.

The sentiment was stamped with Night of Navy ink, die cut and adhered with dimensionals.  The sentiment is from Go To Greetings Stamp set.  I double-looped the White Baker's Twine bow to add below the sentiment.

Look how awesome these layers look together!  The card was finished off by adding Iridescent Pearls Basic Jewels.

I repeated the process above to create another flower for inside the card.

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope my card inspires you in some way.
