Season's Greetings Christmas Card

This sketch is a great way to use up those paper scraps and that's just what I did with my card!

I used the Stampin' Up! Merriest Moments stamp set and Sweetest Christmas DSP.

Basic White cardstock is the card base with another layer of white which the paper strips were adhered to.

The Sweetest Christmas DSP is soooo pretty!  If you don't have this DSP, you really should add it to your collection for making all your Christmas projects this year.

Some of the papers in this DSP set have stripes, which are wide enough to use for the strips, therefore, creating a wider variety of papers to use.

DSP was also added on the envelope flap.

The dotted stamp image was created using Real Red ink, as well as the sentiment.
The embellishments are Stampin' Up! Festive Pearls.

After placing the paper strips where I wanted them, they were adhered using liquid adhesive.

Stylish Shapes Dies were used to die cut a circle with Vellum and adhered under the flower.  Silver Trim was looped twice and adhered under the flower which was fussy cut from the DSP and adhered with dimensionals.

Inside the card I stamped more of the dotted image around the flowers which were also fussy cut from the DSP.  Just because the flowers on the DSP have been cut off on the edges... you can still use them!  Don't throw those partial images out!  As you can see here, it really dresses up the inside of my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.
