Bottled Happiness Sending Cheer Card

Hello, hello again!

I've entered another challenge and this time it's for Color Throwdown #707

It usually takes me awhile to figure out which stamps to use and what to create, but this card came together surprisingly quickly... and I loved the final results.  I hope you do too!

Here are the colors:

And this is my card.  The colors they said were: Mustard, Navy Blue & Turquoise.
Pulling out my Stampin' Up! cardstock, I went with the closest colors which were: Tahitian Tide, Starry Sky (two of the newest Stampin' Up! In Colors) and Crushed Curry.

I chose Tahitian Tide as my card base and used Starry Sky cardstock as the first layer, which was die cut with the Dots & Spots Die.  The next two layers are Tahitian Tide again with Basic White as the final layer.  These last two layers were adhered with dimensionals.

Using Crushed Curry ink, I stamped the leaf image once with full-strength ink and then stamped again without re-inking the stamp.

Starry Sky ink was used for the jug image and Starry Sky Metallic Woven Ribbon was tied in a small bow and adhered onto the jug with a glue dot.  The sentiment was also stamped with Starry Sky, die cut using Stylish Shapes circle Die and adhered with dimensionals.

The floral image was stamped with Tahitian Tide and Crushed Curry inks.  The Pearl Basic Jewels were colored using Tahitian Tide Dark Stampin' Blends.

Basic White cardstock was used for inside my card with the same stamped image on the inside as on the front of the envelope.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope I've inspired you to create your own masterpiece and to mail out your pretty cards.
