Thank You Card & Tea Boutique DSP

Any fun plans for the weekend?

I'm just chilling and enjoying the beautiful weather!

Today I'm sharing a project created using the Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper (DSP) along with various dies.

I love layers and trying to find ways to incorporate lots of layers by using different dies and dimensionals.

The card base is Petal Pink cardstock layered with the Tea Boutique DSP measuring 5 1/4 x 4.

The next layer is hexagon dies which were embossed with the Pretty Flowers embossing folder.  Once I had those in place where I wanted them, I worked on the frame.  Vellum was cut just a bit smaller than the frame opening and adhered to the back of the frame.  Then I started stamping and die cutting various flowers and leaves.  The daisy flowers were stamped first then punched out using the medium Daisy Punch.

I layered two daisy flowers and adhered with dimensionals.  The leaves were tucked under the flowers.

The sentiment was stamped and die cut and using the silver trim I threaded it through the holes and around the DSP.  Dimensionals were adhered under the sentiment.

Smaller flowers were stamped with Petal Pink and Sweet Sorbet inks and die cut and adhered with both liquid adhesive and dimensionals.

The petals of the daisy leaves were curled under using my bone folder.

A closer look shows the embossed hexagons.

Inside the card is Basic White measuring 5 1/4 x 4 with a strip of DSP on the left.
