Stampin' Up! Share A Milkshake

Try Stampin' On Tuesday Challenge #596.

Optional Theme: Sweets

For my card I used the Stampin' Up! Share a Milkshake stamp set & Fragrant Flowers stamp set (sentiment) along with Dandy Designs DSP and various dies.

Basic White cardstock was used as my card base with the next layers of DSP.

This ribbon is Balmy Blue/White Variegated Ribbon, which was colored using Dark Fresh Freesia Stampin' Blends markers.  It was wrapped around the card, adhered and a smaller piece cut and wrapped around the ribbon to tie in a knot.

The cone was die cut using Crumb Cake cardstock.  Then I added a little color variation by blending some color onto the edges using a Blending Brush.

The "ice cream" was die cut from Petal Pink cardstock and I also added a little more color with a blending brush and Petal Pink ink.  Another image was stamped using Soft Suede ink, die cut and tucked behind the Petal Pink images.

The cherry was stamped using Sweet Sorbet ink.

The large circle and smaller circle were die cut using Stylish Shapes Dies.

I did blend in some color around the sentiment circle with Fresh Freesia ink.  This was adhered with dimensionals.

The embellishments are Opaque Adhesive-Backed Gems.  White embellies go with just about anything!

For the this lattice die cut, I tried the Packaging Tape Technique.

Simply add packaging tape onto your cardstock (Fresh Freesia) or DSP (whichever you prefer) and die cut your images.

Although you cannot see the shine in my photo, it's pretty cool in person.

DSP was also added on the envelope flap.

Inside my card is DSP with a layer of Basic White cardstock.  The hearts were stamped using Petal Pink ink.
