Stampin' Up! Irresistible Blooms (Available March 1st)

I decided to play along.

Here's the card I created using the Stampin' Up! Irresistible Blooms stamp set along with the Dies & DSP.  All of these items are available on March 1st as an ONLINE EXCLUSIVE ONLY.  This set is BEAUTIFUL!  Continue reading for more details.

I began with my card base with Flirty Flamingo cardstock and the next layers are Soft Sea Foam cardstock, finishing off with the beautiful Hello, Irresistible DSP.

The DSP is also gorgeous on the envelope flap as well!

The ribbon is White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon which was colored using the Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends Marker.  I wrapped it around the DSP and tied in a bow.

The cute embellishments are the Loose Frosted Dots.  Photos don't do these dots justice.  In real life, they are so pretty!  Since they are not adhesive-backed, I simply add a tiny dot of liquid adhesive where I want the Dots and let the glue set for awhile, until it becomes tacky.  Using your Take Your Pick Tool, pick up the dot and place it on the glue.

The flower was stamped with Memento ink and colored with Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends.  I did add a bit of the Soft Sea Foam in the flower center, but it doesn't really show in this photo.

The leaves were die cut using Soft Sea Foam cardstock, adhered behind the flower where I wanted them and finally dimensionals were added behind the flower before adhering to the card front.

The sentiment was stamped using Flirty Flamingo ink.

Inside my card is Basic White cardstock.  Using my Blending Brush and Soft Sea Foam ink, lightly blended a very light color around the edges.  The sentiment was stamped using Flirty Flamingo ink.

A larger strip of DSP was added along the bottom.

I also die cut an additional leaf and stamped another leaf image and die cut to add in the lower corner.
