The joy of stamping is something Stampin' Up! believes should be shared with everyone!
Thus, the reason they started the #SimpleStamping campaign.
This campaign is to show beginner crafters how fun and easy paper crafting can be, by creating and sharing easy-to-make, inexpensive projects.
Each month, Stampin' Up! challenges its Demonstrators to create a card using Stamps, Inks & Paper. Occasionally, SU adds an additional item to add to your project.
March's #SimpleStamping Challenge:
Theme - Thinking of You
Supplies - Stamps, Ink, Paper & DSP
My project for today is a "Thinking of You" card created using Stampin' Up! Thoughtful Expressions, Notes of Nature & Simply Zinnia Stamp Sets and Poetic Expressions DSP.
Lost Lagoon cardstock is my card base with a layer of Poetic Expressions DSP.
The Basic White was mat onto Boho Blue cardstock.
The flower image is from Thoughtful Expressions Stamp Set, stamped with Boho Blue ink in the upper and lower part of the Basic White cardstock.
The speckled dotted image is from the Notes of Nature Stamp Set, stamped using Bubble Bath ink.
The sentiment is from the Simply Zinnia Stamp Set, stamped with Lost Lagoon ink, trimmed and flagged on each end. A scrap of Lost Lagoon was adhered behind the sentiment and then adhered onto the center of the Basic White with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Inside my card is DSP with a layer of Basic White. The floral image was stamped in two corners with Boho Blue ink. The sentiment is from Thoughtful Expressions Stamp Set, stamped with Lost Lagoon ink. The speckled dotted image was stamped around the flower.
Not shown is the envelope flap with the floral image stamped with Boho Blue ink.
