Creative Colour Challenge #CCC134.
For my "Hello, Friend" card, I used Stampin' Up! Hope You Know Stamp Set, Perennial Postage Dies & Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder.
I love the Reverse Embossing Technique and had to give it another go for this challenge.
Wild Wheat cardstock was used for my card base.
This is such a fun technique!
Emboss Basic White cardstock. On the debossed side (the side with the indented images), add color with Blending Brushes and ink pads.
For my card, I used the colors for the color challenge - Starry Sky, Wild Wheat & Moody Mauve inks.
Next, brush the ink pad over the cardstock, which will fill in all the background.
Trim down your cardstock and create your masterpiece!
The sentiment was stamped with Starry Sky ink and die cut with Perennial Postage Dies.
Wild Wheat Textured Ribbon was wrapped around the card. Starry Sky Metallic Woven Ribbon was looped behind the sentiment and adhered over the Textured Ribbon with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
2022-2024 In Color Pearls embellishments finished off my card.
A thin strip of scrap, from trimming down the cardstock, was adhered on the right of the Basic White and adhered inside the card.
The envelope flap was embossed with the same embossing folder.
