My card for today is, you guessed it, another Easter card!
I created this card for the...
TGIF Color Challenge #462.
These colors remind me of Spring!
For my "Easter" card, I used Stampin' Up! Easter Bunny and Inspirational Sketches Stamp Sets, Stylish Shapes Dies, Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder & Lighter Than Air DSP.
Lemon Lolly cardstock was used as my card base with the next layers Highland Heather and Lemon Lolly cardstock and Lighter Than Air DSP.
The cute little bunny was stamped with Memento ink and fussy cut. The sentiment was stamped with Balmy Blue ink and flagged on each end.
Two colors of twine (Lemon Lolly & Balmy Blue) from the Baker's Twine Three Color Pack, were tied in a bow and adhered with a Mini Glue Dot.
The angled Lemon Lolly cardstock was embossed with the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder.
The flower image is from the Inspirational Sketches Stamp Set, stamped with Memento ink and colored with Stampin' Blends Markers - Highland Heather, Lemon Lolly, Balmy Blue and a touch of Pool Party on the leaves. The image was die cut using Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered onto the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The bunny was adhered onto the floral image and just above the sentiment. The bunny and sentiment were also adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots finish off my card with these fun colors.
Inside my card was created to mimic the front of the card. The Lemon Lolly cardstock was embossed and angled along the bottom of the Basic White layer. A thin strip of Highland Heather cardstock was adhered above the embossed cardstock and the sentiment was stamped with Balmy Blue ink, also at an angle.
DSP was also adhered onto the envelope flap and trimmed.
