Colorful Easter Eggs Card

Try a Sketch on Tuesday Challenge #642.

For my "Easter" card, I used Stampin' Up! Excellent Eggs Bundle, Easter Bunny Stamp Set, Deckled Circles Dies, Basic Borders Dies, Bright & Beautiful DSP, More Dazzle Specialty Paper and Basics 3D Embossing Folder.

I began with Berry Burst cardstock as my card base.  The DSP layer was embossed using the Basics 3D Embossing Folder and adhered onto the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The sentiment is from Easter Bunny Stamp Set, stamped with Berry Burst ink onto Basic White, trimmed and flagged on the left and adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Behind the eggs is Lemon Lolly ribbon from the Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack.

A strip of DSP overlaps the ribbon, leaving a small border.

DSP was adhered at an angle on the card with a strip of More Dazzle Specialty Paper in the center.  Because this was a 6" x 6" paper pack, I had to cut two strips of the DSP and More Dazzle and adhere in the center (which is covered by the Easter eggs).

Vellum cardstock was die cut with Deckled Circles Dies.

The larger Easter egg was stamped with Memento ink and colored with Lemon Lolly, Bubble Bath, Berry Burst and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin' Blends Markers.

The egg was adhered onto the Vellum circle with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The smaller egg was die cut with Basic White, Berry Burst and Bubble Bath cardstock and mixed the pieces to create this colorful egg.

This egg was adhered onto the vellum with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Lemon Lolly Baker's Twine was tied in a small bow and adhered onto the egg with a Mini Glue Dot.

The embellishments are Iridescent Foil Gems, which I thought matched nicely with the More Dazzle paper.

The Vellum circle was then adhered onto the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Inside my card is Basic White with a thin strip of DSP along the left.

Another egg was die cut with Berry Burst cardstock and More Dazzle Paper.

The sentiment is from Easter Bunny Stamp Set, stamped with Berry Burst ink.

DSP was adhered onto the envelope flap.  Using the Basic Borders Dies, I die cut the flap to create a fun envelope!
