Today's card was created for the..
Global Design Project Sketch Challenge #426.
For my "So Sorry" card, I used Stampin' Up! Lovely & Sweet Bundle, Nature's Sweetness Specialty DSP, Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder & Foursquare Decorative Masks.
My card base is Basic White cardstock followed by two coordinating layers of Nature's Sweetness Specialty DSP adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and adhered onto the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The center cardstock is Pebbled Path which was embossed with Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder.
Linen Thread was wrapped around the layers twice and tied in a bow.
The image was die cut from DSP. The sentiment stamped using Pebbled Path ink and flagged on each end with Banners Pick a Punch. The image was adhered behind the sentiment and tucked behind the Linen Thread.
Stampin' Dimensionals were adhered behind the almonds and leaf.
Finishing off my card, Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots were adhered around the sentiment.
Inside my card is DSP layered with Basic White.
To add a little more interest inside my card, using one of the Foursquare Decorative Masks, blending brush and Pebbled Path ink, lightly added the small squares the upper and lower corner.
The flower image was die cut from DSP and adhered in the upper right.
DSP was also added on the envelope flap.
