I'm Thankful Fall Card

 Try Stampin' on Tuesday Challenge #624.

Optional Theme: All Things Fall

For my "I'm Thankful" Fall card, I used the Stampin' Up! Autumn Leaves Stamp Set & Dies, Nested Essentials Dies, All About Autumn Specialty DSP and Oxidized Copper Specialty DSP.

For my card base, I used Very Vanilla cardstock, which is forgotten lots of times in my crafting.  I'm glad lots of these Stampin' Up! Fall products coordinate so well with Very Vanilla!

The background layer is from the All About Autumn Specialty Paper.  Love the gold accents on the backside of these 6x6 papers.  I adhered this to the card base with dimensionals.

The rectangle was die cut from Vellum cardstock using Nested Essentials Dies.

The leaves were die cut from the Oxidized Copper Specialty DSP.  If you don't have this beautiful paper on your "want" list, you should add it.  It's so pretty!  After doing a "dry run" where I wanted the leaves, I tucked the sprigs behind them and adhered everything in place.  The sprigs were die cut from DSP.

Linen Thread was wrapped around my fingers twice and adhered behind the sentiment, which was stamped onto Very Vanilla cardstock using Copper Clay ink, trimmed and flagged on both ends.  I adhered the sentiment with dimensionals.

For the embellishments, I used Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems.

Love, love, love this Fall paper!!  I added it on the envelope flap.

Inside my card is another strip of DSP along the right and the sentiment stamped in the center.
