Libby's Craft Studio: Grateful For You Card

I created this card for the...

TGIF Inspiration Challenge #439.

For my "Grateful For You" card, I used the Stampin' Up! Pick of the Patch & Fruitful Blessings Stamp Sets, Autumn Leaves Dies and Dots & Spots Die along with All About Autumn DSP.

For my card base, I used Very Vanilla cardstock.

The background was die cut using the Dots & Spots Die and adhered to the card base with dimensionals. Yes, I used lots of dimensionals, but I love the effect of having this DSP layer "lifted" off the card base.

The leaves were die cut from DSP. I stamped one large and two smaller pumpkins on Basic White Cardstock using Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze inks and the stems using Early Espresso ink and die cut using the Pick of the Patch Builder Punch on the larger pumpkin and stems. The two smaller pumpkins were fussy cut.

The sentiment is from the Fruitful Blessings Stamp Set, stamped using Mossy Meadow ink onto Very Vanilla cardstock, trimmed and cut at an angle on the right. I adhered this across the leaves and pumpkins with dimensionals.

Linen Thread was doubled up and tied in a small bow and adhered onto the larger pumpkin with a Mini Glue Dot.

For the embellishments, I used Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins.

DSP was also added on the envelope flap.

Inside my card is another layer of Very Vanilla cardstock with a 3/4" strip of DSP along the bottom.
