Bag of Bones Halloween Card

Today's card was created for the...

Paper Craft Crew Challenge #536.

For my "Boo" card, I used the Stampin' Up! Bag of Bones Bundle, Tricks & Treats Stamp Set, Stylish Shapes Dies and Them Bones DSP.

The Bag of Bones Bundle is such a fun set!

For my card base I used Cajun Craze cardstock followed by a layer of DSP from Them Bones papers.

The skeleton was fussy cut from DSP. To make him stand out a bit more, I die cut the skeleton from Basic White cardstock and adhered behind the the image, off-setting it a bit so it would show up more from the busy background.

The sentiment if from the Tricks & Treats Stamp Set, die cut with Basic White and again using Basic Black cardstock and layered as I did for the skeleton... off-setting it a bit.

The skeleton and sentiment were adhered with dimensionals.

I also die cut a hat, bowtie and shoes using Basic Black cardstock for the skeleton.

The embellishments are the Glow in the Dark bats.

For the circle, I used a piece of Window Sheet and adhered 1/2 inch DSP scraps, leaving a small space between each strip. I used Tear and Tape to adhere the paper strips.

Next, I die cut the circle using Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered onto the center of the card with dimensionals.

Inside my card is a Basic White cardstock layer with the sentiment and cat skeleton stamped using Memento ink. Both images are from the Bag of Bones Stamp Set.
