Today I'm sharing a card made for the CREATIVATE RETREAT that will be held on July 21 & 22, 2023. This retreat is only available to people who have registered for the Creativate Summer 2023 Retreat.

There is also a private group on Facebook where you can play along with the Pre-Retreat challenges and upload your creations for everyone in the group to see. Plus, you will get to see all the creations from everyone else! How cool is that! So much inspiration!
This is such a fun retreat held every 3 months with so many creative ideas and tips & tricks as well as available PDFs with full instructions and photos to continue making project using various stamps, inks and paper.
I believe this is my 8th retreat and I look forward to each one!

I created this "Thinking of You" fun fold card for the Pre-Retreat Challenge #1 - "Stamp Your Strips," using the Stampin' Up! Layering Leaves & Gorgeously Made Stamp Sets, Gorgeous Garden & Gorgeously Made Dies along with Les Shoppes DSP.

For my card base I used Basic White Cardstock. The upper portion of the card is Les Shoppes DSP.
The card measures 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, Scored at 4 1/4. Then cut off 1 1/2 from the front of the card, which created your fun fold.
I adhered the cardstock strips (Calypso Coral, Petal Pink & Flirty Flamingo) onto Basic White cardstock. The strips measure 4 1/2 x 1 1/8 each.
Next, I stamped the background words image stamp Petal Pink ink.
Then I stamped the leaf image using Flirty Flamingo ink and the sentiment is from the Layering Leaves Stamp set, stamped using Calypso Coral ink.
Linen Thread was wrapped around the left side three times and tied in a bow, leaving the tails longer.

The cardstock layer was adhered onto the top portion of the card with dimensionals.
Embellishments are Iridescent Pastel Gems.

Inside my card, on the 4 x 5 1/4 Basic Whit Cardstock, I die cut the bottom portion from the Gorgeous Garden Dies and added a strip of Calypso Coral Cardstock behind it.
