Stampin' Up! In The Country Card

 Color Throwdown Challenge #726.

I couldn't resist these fun colors and pulled out some Sale-A-Bration items to create my card.  The Stampin' Up! colors I chose are Basic Gray, Night of Navy & Basic White.

I used the Stampin' Up! In the Country stamp set (Sale-A-Bration) and the Sending Support stamp set (Sale-A-Bration) along with Basic Borders Dies.

I used Night of Navy cardstock for my card base.

The image was stamped using Night of Navy ink in the center of the Basic White cardstock.

Using my blending brushes, Night of Navy and Basic Gray inks, I colored the background starting with Night of Navy on the upper portion and Basic Gray ink on the lower portion of the card.

The sentiment was stamped with Night of Navy ink.  I did color very lightly with a blending brush randomly on the cardstock, flagged one end and tucked the left side under the border.

The Basic Borders Dies were used with Basic Gray cardstock to create the border on the left.  White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon was wrapped around the cardstock and tied in a bow.  I adhered the bow in place with a single mini glue dot.

The embellishments used are Milky Dots.

Inside my card I stamped the image off twice then the third time onto the center of the cardstock.

The envelope was decorated similar to the card front by using the blending brushed to create some color and stamping the image with Night of Navy ink.
