Global Design Project Color Challenge #421.
For my "Christmas" card, I used the Stampin' Up! Merriest Trees Bundle, Joy of Noel and Trucking Along Stamp Sets along with Christmas Tidings Embossing Folder.
Pool Party cardstock was used for my card base.
The Basic White cardstock was embossed using the Christmas Tidings Embossing Folder and adhered onto the card front with dimensionals.
The sentiment is from the Joy of Noel Stamp Set, stamped using Poppy Parade ink. The sentiment was trimmed and flagged one each end and a thin scrap of Pool Party cardstock was adhered behind it and adhered onto the card front with dimensionals.
A single star embellishment from the Adhesive-Backed Star Trinkets tops the largest tree.
The other embellishments are Tinsel Gems 4 Pack (Lemon Lime Twist).
The largest tree was stamped using Lemon Lime Twist ink and die cut. The ornaments were stamped using Poppy Parade and Pool Party inks and also die cut. The ornaments were adhered with Mini Glue Dots.
Another tree was die cut (3 sections) using Basic White cardstock and layered together. Wink of Stella was brushed over the tree for a little sparkle.
Lemon Lime Twist Ribbon from the Ribbon Duo Combo Pack was wrapped around the card, just below the tree, and tied in a bow.
A sentiment from the Merriest Trees Stamp Set, was stamped onto the envelope flap and on the front of the envelope using Poppy Parade ink.
Inside my card is Basic White cardstock with a 3/4" strip of Pool Party cardstock embossed.
The sentiment is from the Trucking Along Stamp Set, stamped using Poppy Parade ink.
Three remaining ornaments were adhered around the sentiment with Mini Glue Dots.
