Santa Express DSP & Oct Ho Ho Ho Paper Pumpkin Kit

The Paper Players Theme Challenge #620.

To create my festive Christmas card featuring a Santa, I combined Stampin' Up! stamp sets, dies, DSP and the October Ho Ho Ho Paper Pumpkin Kit.

The card base is Basic White cardstock with the next layer of Silver Foil cardstock and finally the Stampin' Up! Santa Express DSP.

DSP was also added on the envelope flap.

The sentiment is from the Brightest Glow stamp set which was stamped using Versamark ink and heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder.  A trip of White Glittered Organdy Ribbon was looped and adhered behind the sentiment, which was die cut using All That Dies and adhered onto the card with dimensionals.

From the Joyful Flurry bundle the smallest snowflakes were also inked with Versamark and heat embossed, then die cut.  The all-white snowflakes were die cut with a Festive Pearl added in their center.  The silver snowflakes were adhered with dimensionals.

A single Wonderful Snowflake was adhered behind Santa.

The Santa die cut and stamp image are from the October Ho Ho Ho Paper Pumpkin kit.  Using Memento Ink, the outline of Santa was stamped directly onto the die cut.  Wink of Stella was added on the white portion of his hat and a red Festive Pearl added as his nose.  Finally, Santa was adhered with dimensionals.

Two strips of DSP and one strip of Silver Foil was added as a background on my card.

A strip of DSP was added along the bottom.  A larger snowflake stamp and the sentiment were stamped using Poppy Parade ink.  One of the Wonderful Snowflakes was cut in half and adhered on the left of the card.
