Swirly Heart Friend Card

I created this "Friend" card for the...

Sunday Stamps Challenge #338.

My card uses Stampin' Up! Sketched Butterflies Bundle, Friends for Life Dies, So Swirly Embossing Folder & Lily Pond Lane DSP.

One of the New 2024-2026 In Colors, Pretty in Pink, was used as my card base with layers from the Lily Pond Lane DSP.

The heart was die cut using Friends for Life Dies and embossed with the So Swirly Embossing Folder.

Using a Blending Brush and Pretty in Pink ink, color was added around the heart die cut.

Ink was added on the inside cover of the Pretty in Pink ink pad by squeezing it in the center to create a splotch of ink when the ink pad is open.

A couple drops of Wink of Stella was dropped onto the splotch of ink and mixed with the brush and splattered onto the heart die cut by flicking the brush on the cap.

Linen Thread was wrapped around two layers of DSP and tied in a bow.

The sentiment was die cut with Basic White for the background and Pretty Peacock for the thin outline and adhered on the card with Stampin' Dimensionals & Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.

The Iridescent Faceted Gems are becoming one of my favorite embellishment.  They are so pretty and sparkly!

Inside my card is Basic White with a strip of DSP along the right.

DSP was also adhered on the envelope flap and trimmed.
