I wanted to share the card I created for our June Team Card Swap. The theme was to use the Stampin' Up! New In Colors. Of course, I had to participate, because I absolutely LOVE these new In Colors!
My "Birthday" card uses Stampin' Up! Layers of Beauty, Unbounded Love and Labeled With Love Stamp Sets, Spotlight on Nature Dies, Layers of Beauty Decorative Masks and Unbounded Beauty DSP.
Petunia Pop was used as my card base with layers of Basic White and Unbounded Beauty DSP.
The image was stamped with Memento ink and colored using the Layers of Beauty Decorative Masks, Blending Brushes and Petunia Pop, Pretty in Pink, Shy Shamrock, Summer Splash and Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends Markers.
The DSP was cut at an angle and added over the bottom portion of the Basic White with White Ribbon from the Petal Pink & White Diagonal Trim Combo Pack adhered over the seams and adhered on the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals. The ribbon was held in place with a couple Mini Glue Dots.
The sentiment is from Labeled With Love Stamp Set, stamped with Petunia Pop ink, die cut using Spotlight on Nature Dies. A light coloring of Pretty in Pink ink was added around the edges of the circle with Pretty in Pink ink. The sentiment was adhered to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
For the embellishments, I used the 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems in three different colors that match the flowers.
Inside my card I wanted to carry the angle of the DSP from the front to the inside and cut a smaller piece of DSP at an angle.
The sentiment is from Unbounded Love Stamp Set, stamped with Petunia Pop ink. The flower image was stamped with Pretty in Pink ink.
Finally, DSP was adhered on the envelope flap and trimmed.
