Elegant Border Thinking of You Card

Today's card was created for...

Try a Sketch on Tuesday Challenge #648.

For my "Thinking of You" card, I used Stampin' Up! Layering Leaves Stamp Set, Spotlight on Nature & Elegant Borders Dies along with Frames & Flowers Specialty DSP and Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder.

Petal Pink was used as my card base with a layer of Lost Lagoon which was embossed using Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder.

The circle was die cut with Spotlight on Nature Dies and tucked behind the DSP and ribbon layers.

The die cut flowers image is from the Frames & Flowers Specialty DSP.

The sentiment was stamped with Lost Lagoon ink and fussy cut around the edges and adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.

The Elegant Borders Die was die cut from DSP.  To make the detailed border pop more, I adhered a strip of Pretty Peacock behind it and trimmed around the edges.

I doubled the ribbon with Petal Pink & White Diagonal Trim Combo Pack (Petal Pink) and Pretty Peacock Metallic Ribbon, keeping them in place with Mini Glue Dots.

Inside my card is two layers of DSP with another strip of the Pretty Peacock Metallic Ribbon tucked behind the DSP layers to reveal only a small strip of the ribbon.
