My card for today was created for...
As You See It Challenge #320.
For my "You're the Best Birthday" card, I used Stampin' Up! Translucent Florals Stamp Set, Stylish Shapes Dies, Delightful Floral DSP and Foursquare Decorative Masks.
Pool Party cardstock was used as my card base. On the background DSP, I used a Blending Brush, Foursquare Decorative Masks and Pretty Peacock ink to lightly add the design.
This photo shows the decorative masks design.
Two strips of coordinating DSP were added behind the Stylish Shapes Circle.
The flower was fussy cut from DSP. Linen Thread was looped twice and adhered behind the flower and adhered on the circle with Stampin' Dimenisonals.
The sentiment was stamped on Basic White with Pretty Peacock ink, trimmed and flagged on the right. The sentiment was tucked behind the flower.
Inside my card is DSP with a layer of Basic White. Another fussy cut flower was adhered in the lower corner and the overlapping edges trimmed off.
The sentiment was stamped with Pretty Peacock ink.
DSP was also adhered on the envelope flap and trimmed.
