My card for today was created for the...
Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge #734, and also teaming up with the Double Trouble Challenge #154.
Thing 1 was completed (add stitching) by using the Stampin' Up! Radiating Stitches Dies, Thing 3 was completed by using Sketch #734 and Thing 2 Double Dare was also completed.
I have to say, this was a super fun challenge!
For my "Sending Cheer" card, I used the Stampin' Up! Sending Cheer Bundle, Joy to You Stamp Set, Radiating Stitches Dies, Traditions of St. Nick DSP and Distressed Gold Specialty Paper.
I began with Basic White cardstock for my card base, followed by a layer of Cherry Cobbler cardstock and finally the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper which was die cut using the Radiating Stitches Dies. These layers were adhered onto the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The DSP strips are from the Traditions of St. Nick paper pack. The center Cherry Cobbler cardstock was also die cut using the Radiating Stitches Dies.
The top of the stockings were die cut with Basic White and brushed with Wink of Stella to add a little sparkle.
Gold Trim from the Gold & Silver Combo Pack was cut into two small pieces, looped and adhered behind the stockings with Mini Glue Dots.
The stockings were stamped with Cherry Cobbler & Mossy Meadow inks and fussy cut. The Cherry Cobbler stocking was adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The sentiment was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink, trimmed and flagged on each end. Loops of Gold Trim was also adhered behind the sentiment which was adhered onto the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
For the embellishments, Festive Pearls finish off my card.
Traditions of St. Nick DSP was also added on the envelope flap.
Inside my card is a layer of Basic White with a 3/4" strip of DSP along the right.
The sentiment is from the Joy to You Stamp Set, stamped using Cherry Cobbler ink.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today.
