Optional Theme: Bundled Up
My "Merry Christmas" card was created as part of the Design Team using the Stampin' Up! Beary Cute, Cottage Wreaths & Merriest Trees Stamp Sets, Tailor Made Tags and Beary Christmas DSP along with Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder and the Beary Cute Punch.
Basic White cardstock was used as the card base followed by a layer of Misty Moonlight cardstock and finally the Beary Christmas DSP.
The bears were stamped using Memento ink. The larger bears were die cut using the Beary Cute Punch and the smaller bear was fussy cut.
The scarves and hats were stamped using Real Red and Balmy Blue inks.
A Balmy Blue Stampin' Blends Marker was used to outline each of the bear images.
The bears were adhered with dimensionals at the top and adhesive on their paws. The background bear's feet were tucked behind one of the layers of torn cardstock.
The trees were stamped using Old Olive and Mossy Meadow inks and fussy cut. They were adhered along the bottom and dimension created by adding Stampin' Dimensionals behind the tops of each tree.
The background behind the bear/trees was embossed with the Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder. Two strips of another embossed piece of cardstock were torn to look like snowbanks and adhered along the bottom.
Wink of Stella was brushed on the Basic White embossed cardstock and on the tops of the trees.
The background ribbon is Basic White Herringbone Ribbon, was stamped using the snowflake image from the Beary Cute Stamp Set, stamped with Misty Moonlight ink.
The sentiment is from the Cottage Wreaths Stamp Set, stamped using Real Red ink and die cut from Tailor Made Tags.
The White Iridescent Ribbon was wrapped around the card with the sentiment adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.
A piece of each of the Gold and Silver Trim from the Simply Elegant Trim were tied in a bow and adhered on the tag with Mini Glue Dots.
Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins were places around the trees and sentiment.
DSP was also added on the envelope flap.
Inside the card is DSP layered with Basic White cardstock.
The sentiment is from the Merriest Trees Stamp Set, stamped with Real Red ink.
An additional bear was stamped, fussy cut and adhered just below the sentiment.
