Double Trouble Challenge #156
(You may notice that our name has changed from Try Stampin' on Tuesday to Try a Sketch on Tuesday. This is due to an Administrative change, effective January, 2024. While the name has changed, the acronym will remain the same (TSOT). I am happy to continue as a Design Team Member and look forward to sketches and fun collaborations with the Double Trouble challenge site.

Now, to continue with the challenge.
TSOT is teaming up with Double Trouble, recognizing World Introvert Day using the TSOT sketch.
The background of the sketch will be affected by this humorous occasion, whether you are introverted or extroverted.
Thing 1's requirement is to create a project to show us your personality through one of the two fun background choices:
Introvert - Calm, Soft, Pastel
Extrovert - Bold, Loud, Bright
Even though I chose an Introvert background for my card, I do believe that I'm a little of both! While I love calming and soft colors, I also love bold and bright!
So, to further justify my personality, I asked my son what he thought I was and his answer was:
"A LITTLE OF BOTH"!

My card for today features upcoming products in the Stampin' Up! Jan - Apr Mini Catalog as well as Sale-A-Bration products. Check out my blog for all the details!
My "Birthday" card uses the Garden Meadow & Cheerful Daisies Stamp Sets along with Forever Love Specialty DSP, More Dazzle Specialty Paper and Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder.
Pretty Peacock cardstock is my card base with More Dazzle Specialty Paper and Forever Love Specialty DSP layered and adhered onto the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The focal image was fussy cut from the Forever Love Specialty DSP and layered onto More Dazzle paper. I simply held onto the image over the Dazzle paper as I trimmed around it using Paper Snips. The two pieces were adhered together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and adhered onto the Very Vanilla embossed square with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The Very Vanilla square was embossed using the Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder.
For the embellishments, Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio were adhered onto the embossed square.
The sentiment is from the Garden Meadow Stamp Set, stamped onto Very Vanilla cardstock with Pretty Peacock ink, trimmed and cut at an angle on both ends. The sentiment was adhered onto a strip of Dazzle paper and adhered onto the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Inside my card is DSP layered with Very Vanilla cardstock. The sentiment is from the Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set, stamped using Pretty Peacock ink.
The floral image was also fussy cut from DSP.
DSP was also added on the envelope flap and trimmed.
