Fancy Flora Slimline Card & FREE Tutorial

 CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #509.

This is a quick and easy slimline card with a clean & simple technique.

I used the Stampin' Up! Peaceful Moments Stamp Set along with Fancy Flora DSP.

Basic White cardstock was used for my card base.  

Card base measures 8 1/2 x 7, score at 3 1/2.

The Basic White layer is 3 1/4 x 8 1/4.

And the final layer of DSP is cut at 4 x 3, which was adhered with dimensionals.

Linen Thread was wrapped around the DSP layer twice and tied in a bow.

The sentiment was stamped using Night of Navy ink onto Basic White, trimmed and flagged on the right and adhered with dimensionals on the right and adhesive on the left, adhered directly onto the DSP.

A single Brushed Brass Butterfly was added above the sentiment on the DSP.

I also added a piece of DSP onto the slimline envelope flap.

Inside my card is a strip of DSP measuring 3/4 x 3 1/4.
