I created this card for a card swap that I participated in a couple of months ago, but still wanted to post it. Even though the sentiment says, "Happy Spring", an Easter sentiment can easily be added inside the card to make it an Easter card.
To make my card, I used Stampin' Up! Storybook Friends Bundle, Beautiful Bokeh DSP, Bloom Impressions DSP & Friends of the Ocean DSP. Some of these products were from the Sale-a-Bration catalog and no longer available.
For my card base, I used Daffodil Delight with layers of Calypso Coral and DSP.
The beautiful intricate shape was die cut from Storybook Friends Dies. The image stamped in the oval is from Storybook Friends Stamp Set. A little sky color was added above the house with a Blending Brush and Boho Blue ink.
The cute little bunny was stamped with Gray Granite ink and colored with Early Espresso, Calypso Coral & Daffodil Delight Watercolor Pencils. To blend the colors on the bunny, I used a Blender Pen. The bunny was then die cut and adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The sentiment was stamped with Calypso Coral ink, die cut and also adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The bow at the top of the oval is Daffodil Delight Satin Ribbon and the embellishments are Iridescent Faceted Gems.
Inside my card is Basic White with a strip of DSP along the right and a tiny bunny stamped with Gray Granite ink.
