Today's card was created for...
Try a Sketch on Tuesday (TSOT) Challenge #659.
For my "Christmas" card I used Stampin' Up! Snowy Wonder Bundle, Reindeer Fun & Sweetest Star Stamp Sets, Stylish Shapes Dies, Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder, Snowy Scenes DSP & Gold Foil Sheets.
Garden Green was used as my card base with a layer of Pool Party and Snowy Scenes DSP. These layers were adhered on the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Two of the Pool Party strips were embossed using Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder. The center strip is Gold Foil Sheets.
The squares were die cut from Pool Party & Basic White using Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered on the card with Stampin' Dimensionals between each layer. This card has lots of dimension!
The Basic White square has color lightly added with a Blending Brush and Pool party ink.
The snow globe image was fussy cut from DSP. Such a cute image, I couldn't resist! This was adhered with, you guessed it, Stampin' Dimensionals.
Various snowflakes were stamped with Pool Party & Garden Green inks and die cut from Snowy Wonder Dies. They were adhered with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. Wink of Stella was brushed on all the snowflakes. The two white snowflakes were tucked behind the square layers.
Rhinestone Basic Jewels were adhered in the center of the largest snowflakes and around the snow globe.
The sentiment is from Reindeer Fun Stamp Set, stamped with Garden Green ink, trimmed and flagged on each end and adhered on the snow globe with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Inside my card are more strips of Pool Party (embossed) & Gold Foil Sheets to bring the same design on the front to the inside as well.
The sentiment is from Sweetest Star Stamp Set, stamped with Garden Green ink.
Additional snowflakes were stamped with Pool Party & Garden Green inks, die cut and arranged on the strips and beside the sentiment.
DSP was also adhered on the envelope flap and trimmed.
