Being on the A Stamp Above Team is the best! Each month we have a card swap with a different theme, technique or fun fold. It's a great opportunity to receive cards from other team members and get fun ideas!
The theme for June is to create a FUN FOLD.
I created this fun fold Birthday card using Stampin' Up! Gallery Blooms & Year of Flowers Stamp Sets, Floral Impressions Stamp Set, Stampin' Write Marker & Stampin' Spritzer.
Darling Duckling (a new SU color) was used as my card base.
Using a clear stamp block and Darling Duckling Stampin' Write Marker. I scribbled on the block at a diagonal. Next I misted it with water using the Stampin' Spritzer and pressed it onto the Basic White.
The image was stamped with Secret Sea ink (also a new SU color).
The sentiment is from Year of Flowers Stamp Set, stamped with Secret Sea ink.
These cool embellishments are Holographic Resin Dots.
Inside my card is a Floral Impressions DSP layer on the background and Basic White for the center card.
The sentiment was also stamped using Secret Sea ink.
The floral image on the left was stamped with Darling Duckling ink.
